Altuzarra offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.

Affix the Label

Attach the pre-paid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and retain your receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
